Colbert Ranch has completed a new 30x70 pavilion and we
are ready to PARTY!
The new pavilion sits in a beautiful grove
of live oaks, steps away from the modern conveniences necessary
for a 21st century party! The pavilion is available for a host of
events including, but certainly not limited to:

Includes the following: use of barn, barn apartment kitchen and
meeting space, covered western pavilion (70 X 30) and 2 restrooms.
Also includes:
- 1-2 horses for guests to experience “hands
on” petting or brushing
- Supervised horseback riding in a 60 ft.
round pen area (guests must sign a release form to ride)
- Hiking - naturalist to speak about hill
country flora and fauna
- BB Gun Golf – BB gun target range
set up in pasture (6 holes)
- Campfire
- Includes water and lemonade for guests
- Hay bale picnic table set-up
The above price does not include the set-up
of tents or additional facilities at Colbert Ranch. Additional fees
may apply for additional services.

HOUR TRAIL RIDE $35 PER PERSON |
Colbert Ranch offers trail rides to
all groups. Each ride allows for 15 people to ride at one
time (i.e. if you have a group of 30 we would take two rides
during the course of the event). This is the best way to
experience
Colbert Ranch and we reccommend every group participate in
a trail ride!

| TINY
HORSE RACES $10 PER PERSON |
This price includes the purchase of the
battery operated plastic race horses, the use of a custom “race
track,” decorations for horses (glitter, paint,
rhinestones, etc.), prizes and awards for fastest horse, most fashionable
horse, slowest
horse,
etc. Guest keep their horses! Colbert Ranch must have a specified
number of horses at least 4 weeks prior to the event to allow
time
for purchase and delivery of the little horses.

BUILDING WITH HORSES $40 PER PERSON |
Perfect for small corporate retreats! We
create a unique experience for our guests to learn about themselves
through horses. This exercise works best with smaller groups and
takes approximately 1-2 hours. Through the use of horses, this
format
explores communication and leadership. Imagine learning how to
motivate a 1200-pound animal without touching or talking. An incredible
experience!

Entertain your guests with cowboy poetry
or singing 'round the campfire.

WAGON COOKING LESSON NEGOTIABLE |
Learn how to prepare Dutch Oven Biscuits
and other delicious items, just like the cowboys did in
the 1800s.
