Colbert Ranch has completed a new 30 x 70 pavilion,
complete with authentic chuck wagon and we are ready
to party! The Pavilion Area sits in a beautiful grove of live
oaks, steps away from the modern conveniences necessary for a 21st century party! This area is available for a host of events.

Group rates are available for 10 or more. Horseback riding, schedules and food can be created to meet the needs of your group.

10-20 Guests / $80 per person (3 hours includes trail ride, BB Gun Shooting, Lemonade and Cookies)

21-30 Guests / $75 per person (3 hours includes trail ride, BB Gun Shooting, Lemonade and Cookies)

FOR GROUPS OF 10 OR MORE ONLY - BBQ Meal available for $20 per person more ($100 per per person for 10-20 guests or $95 per person for groups of 21-30). Includes two meats, three sides, desert and drinks served out of chuck wagon.

Additional activities available such as Team Building, Musical Entertainment, Hiking with naturlists, pricing varies with activity.

INCLUDES: Use of Barn Area, Barn Apartment, Kitchen Area, Meeting Space, 30 X 70 Pavilion Area, Two Restrooms. Hands on brushing or petting of 1-2 horses. Supervised horseback riding in a 60' round pen area. BB Gun Challenge. BB gun target range set up in pasture. Hay bale picnic table set-up. Water and lemonade provided.
